By using our website or purchasing products, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies linked to the Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from our website or use our Services.

3. Products and Availability
We strive to display accurate colors, images, and descriptions of our products, but actual product appearance may vary due to screen settings or manufacturing variations.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without liability.
4. Ordering and Payment
All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise indicated.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, and other supported payment options.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing, shipping, and contact information.
Orders may be canceled or delayed if payment is declined or if incorrect information is provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Standard delivery is free. Processing times, estimated delivery times, available destinations, and any other shipping conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Unused, unwashed products in their original condition with original tags and intact packaging may be returned within 90 days of delivery. Final Sale items are excluded from this unused-item return benefit. See our Refund Policy for the complete conditions.
Defective or incorrect products may be returned for a full refund, including shipping fees.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Customers pay return shipping costs for returns due to personal preference. Eligible first-order size exchanges in the contiguous United States may be requested within 45 days of delivery and cover all products except items marked as Final Sale; customers pay return shipping and we cover standard shipping of the replacement size. Our 30-day first-ride benefit for first-time website purchases covers all products except items marked as Final Sale in all countries we ship to and offers one size exchange or equivalent store credit, without a cash refund; customers pay return shipping and we cover standard replacement shipping for exchanges. 7. Warranties and Disclaimers
All styles purchased from our website are covered for 180 days from the date each item is first delivered under its original purchase order. If abnormal workmanship issues occur in the seams, bib straps, chamois attachment, or leg openings, we may arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit equal to the amount paid for the affected item after reviewing the issue. Normal wear and tear, incorrect washing or care, and accidental damage are not covered by this quality guarantee. Except for this express quality guarantee, the other benefits stated in our policies, and warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, products are provided “as is” without additional warranties.
While we ensure high-quality materials and construction, we do not guarantee that the products will meet every individual expectation regarding fit, performance, or comfort.
We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use of products.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by Przewalski and protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the website without written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

If you have kept your first website order without returning it, you are eligible for 15% off your second website purchase across all styles.

There is no deadline for using this benefit after your first order has been delivered. The discount may be used once and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers are subject to specific terms and expiration dates.
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to cancel promotions or adjust terms at our discretion.
11. Sustainability and Ethical Practices
At Przewalski, we are committed to sustainability, fair labor practices, and ethical sourcing.
We strive to reduce environmental impact through eco-conscious packaging, energy-efficient processes, and materials sourced responsibly.
While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee absolute environmental neutrality of every product.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Przewalski, its directors, employees, or affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Przewalski, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or misuse of the Services.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through good-faith negotiations for 30 days after written notice. If unresolved, the dispute will be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat and venue of arbitration is Atlanta, Georgia, and the language is English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
