We believe in being straightforward: no big claims, just solid products and honest service.
Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and warranty.
Returns
You can return your item within 60 days of purchase.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Return shipping is at your own cost, unless we made a mistake (sent the wrong item or there’s a workmanship issue).Items marked Final Sale can’t be returned. If an item can’t be returned, it will be clearly noted on the product page. Please contact our customer service before sending anything back: info@przewalski.com
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need another size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
For U.S. orders, if the issue is our fault (wrong item or manufacturing defect), we’ll cover the return shipping.
For international orders, we accept returns but not exchanges. International customers are responsible for shipping costs.
1-Year Warranty
Every Przewalski product comes with a 1-year warranty covering stitching, zippers, fabric, and other workmanship issues.
If something goes wrong due to how it’s made, we’ll repair or replace it — whichever makes more sense.
This warranty starts from the date of purchase.
