Refund policy

At Przewalski, we make our products with care and aim to provide straightforward, reliable service. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging when possible

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. If an item is Final Sale, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

When Returns or Refunds Apply

Returns and refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color
  • The item does not meet your expectations
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item has a workmanship or manufacturing issue

Please note that items damaged due to improper use, normal wear and tear, washing mistakes, or accidental damage are not eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team first.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos, if the item is wrong or has a workmanship issue

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide the next steps and return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong item or a product workmanship issue.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake.

We will cover the return shipping cost only in the following cases:

  • We sent the wrong item
  • The item has a confirmed workmanship or manufacturing issue

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need another size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
