Who’s Eligible
This policy applies to customers who purchased original Przewalski products directly from us.
What’s Covered
If your Przewalski apparel is damaged in a cycling accident occurring within 12 months of purchase, you can receive 30% off a replacement purchase. This benefit is available once per damaged item.
To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of the accident and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of what happened
- Photos showing the damaged item and the incident details
Once verified, we’ll issue a one-time discount code for your replacement gear.
How to Apply
Please reach out to our customer service at info@przewalski.com with your order number, crash details, and photos attached.
On business days, we provide an initial reply within 24 hours and a clear plan for handling your request within 48 hours. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
