Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible as the package is already on its way.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Email us at info@przewalski.com with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Where will my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Georgia.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you update it?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to update the shipping address after your order has been placed.

What size am I?

You can find our size chart on the product page. We’ve also created a fit gallery to help you choose your perfect size. If you need any extra help, just email us at info@przewalski.com, we’re happy to assist!

Where can I find tracking for my order?

 A tracking link will be automatically sent to you via email once your order has left our warehouse. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@przewalski.com.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During peak sale periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

I didn't receive all of my items. Are they coming in a later shipment?

There’s a chance that the missing item(s) were out of stock when your order was processed. Please contact our customer service team at info@przewalski.com for further assistance.

Do you ship to Po Boxes or APO addresses?

FedEx Ground Economy and FedEx Ground Economy (Pro) can deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, we’re unable to ship to these addresses using USPS、GOFO、UPS and FEDEX.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 60 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days from when we receive the item(s).
