The primary goal of this vest is to protect the rider’s core from direct wind without trapping excessive heat during high-effort cycling. We prioritized front-body wind protection, rear ventilation, lightweight layering, and adjustable temperature control.

The 86 g/m² high-density polyester front fabric provides a wind-blocking, water-repellent barrier across the chest and abdomen. The 145 g/m² stretch mesh back improves airflow and moisture release, while quick-dry performance of ≥0.25 g/h helps manage sweat during climbs and harder efforts.

A relaxed cycling fit allows the vest to layer over short-sleeve jerseys, long-sleeve jerseys, or light fleece. The two-way zipper, low-restriction armholes, elastic rear hem, and extended zipper pull are designed to make temperature adjustments easier while riding.

Wind-Blocking Front | Breathable Heat Release at the Back

The high-density front panel is positioned across the chest and abdomen, where riders experience the strongest direct airflow. Its wind-blocking construction helps reduce rapid heat loss during exposed sections, cooler starts, and fast descents.
The back uses elastic jacquard mesh to release heat and moisture generated during climbs and high-intensity efforts. This front-and-back fabric combination protects the core while reducing the enclosed, sweaty feeling associated with fully windproof outer layers.
Two-Way Zipper | Adjustable Ventilation While Riding

The full-length #3 reverse nylon zipper opens from both the top and bottom, allowing riders to adjust airflow without completely removing the vest. Opening the lower section can provide additional ventilation during climbs while keeping the upper chest covered.
A 4.5 cm zipper pull is easier to grip and operate, including for riders with larger hands. A fabric zipper guard covers the upper end to help prevent the slider from catching or pinching the neck.

The low-compression, relaxed fit is designed to layer over short-sleeve cycling jerseys, long-sleeve jerseys, or lightweight fleece. It provides additional core coverage without creating an overly tight or restrictive feel.
The 1 cm armhole binding keeps the sleeveless structure light and close to the body while allowing the shoulders and arms to move freely. A 2 cm elastic binding at the rear hem helps the vest sit smoothly without feeling tight, rubbing, or rolling during movement.
20 × 20 cm Zippered Rear Pocket | Secure Phone Storage

A single 20 × 20 cm zippered pocket at the back provides dedicated storage for a phone and other compact ride essentials. The zipper closure helps keep the contents more secure than an open pocket during uneven or fast-paced riding.
The generous pocket opening supports convenient access before or during stops. Its rear placement keeps storage away from the front of the body, helping maintain a clean fit across the chest and abdomen.
Approximately 88 g | Lightweight Protection with Reflective Details

At approximately 88 g in size M, the vest adds lightweight protection without the bulk of a full cycling jacket. It can be carried as an additional layer for rides that begin cool, include exposed descents, or pass through changing weather.
Reflective details include a 4 × 4 cm element on the front left chest and a 7 × 4 cm element near the rear pocket. These details help improve visibility in lower-light riding conditions but do not replace appropriate bicycle lights or visibility equipment.
